Our Story

From a single bean to your morning ritual.

Maison Brûlot began in 2014 as a one-roaster project on a quiet corner. Today, we work directly with eleven farms across Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala — preserving the same slow philosophy that started it all. Every cup carries a story. We just brew it.
